  1. Press Windows + R on your keyboard, or search RUN on your windows search bar and click Run.
  2. Type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\

  1. Download leawo tunes cleaner.

  3. Now, choose the file directory (folder) where your music or movie files are saved.
  4. Click on scan iTunes (present at the left of Add).
  5. You will now see the list of cloned and non cloned files on the right-top click remove.
  6. Congratulations! Now you can listen to your music or watch movies without any disturbance.
